Q: How do I secure my booking?

A deposit is required to secure your date. Without it, we can’t guarantee availability.

Q: Is the deposit refundable?

No. All deposits are non-refundable, so please book when you’re fully ready.

Q: When is the final payment due?

Final payment is made in two parts, one before the event and one after delivery of your final package. We'll guide you through each step.

Q: How long does coverage last?

All packages come with a set number of hours. Additional hours can be added if needed and will be discussed in advance.

Q: Will I be charged for extra time without knowing?

No. We only continue with your approval. Any extra time is discussed on the day and agreed before we proceed.

Q: Do you charge for travel?

Yes, for events outside our coverage area. Travel costs will be shared with you during the booking process.

Q: When will I receive my photos?

Basic previews are shared within a few days after your event. The full final package is delivered within a few weeks after final payment is made.
